Really helped me out of a bind today with a tire fix. Great customer service from start to finish. It’s hard to find a shop where you don't feel like they're taking advantage of you, but these guys were totally honest and straightforward. Will definitely be back next time I need work done.

Greeted friendly & promptly, asked what service I need I responded an inspection. They took my keys right away. I told them I'll be back later to pick up no problem, they called said all I need was an alignment I said okay. I got off work & was greeted right away and friendly. I payed for my service & they said have a nice day 👍

Counter person has a good personality, know how to talk to people. Explain things that you may need and why you need to do it. Timer service was pretty reasonable compared to Walmart and a couple other places. Price wise, much better than Mr tires. They'll always try to get over on customers

I am beyond disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at this location. I had two back tires replaced here on Friday, and this morning, my car began smoking heavily while driving. For safety, I brought it back immediately. From the first phone call, the customer representative was dismissive and had a clear attitude. When I dropped the car off, he later called me claiming there was no issue because the "tires were fine," essentially implying I was making it up. I actually had to leave work and return to the shop to show him video proof of the smoke. Even then, he remained argumentative and rude, stating he "didn’t see anything" despite the clear evidence. I ended up being spoken down to and treated as if my safety concerns weren't valid. After spending significant money here just days ago, I expected professional troubleshooting and basic respect, neither of which I received. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their safety or expects decent customer service.

Hands-down the best mechanic in the Syracuse area. I've come in a few times for a wide range of things (new tires, oil changes, inspections) including having them replace the engine slash shield underneath my car. They have always been extremely communicative, very quick and efficient, and the quality of their work is unmatched, especially at such a reasonable price. The manager, Chris, is very friendly and always willing to work with you to make sure you get the best service. Scheduling is super easy through the website, and I've never had any issues with them getting the work done on time. I tell everyone I know to go here, it's just so much better than getting work done at a dealership or somewhere else. I really can't say enough good things about this place. The whole team is wonderful. They've always taken the time to talk through my options with me and I never have felt pressured to get more work done than was necesary. They also give you a little rundown sheet after inspections and workups to let you know how all the different parts (brake pads, filters, tires, etc) are doing and when you might need to get them worked on or replaced. Super helpful.
